1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
•
1 egg

salt and pepper

olive oil

For the honey mustard sauce:
•
1/3 cup dijon mustard
•
1 tbsp whole grain mustard
•
1 tbsp olive oil
•
1/2 cup honey
•
salt and pepper, to taste
