1/2 cup granulated sugar

1 (1/4 ounce) packet dry active yeast

1/3 cup oil
•
1/4 cup buttermilk, room temperature

1 egg
•
1/2 teaspoon salt
•
4 1/2 - 5 cups all-purpose flour

For the Glaze:
•
4 ounces good quality milk chocolate (I used Ghirardelli)
•
1/4 cup heavy cream
•
1 tablespoon corn syrup
