1/4 teaspoon salt

2 eggs

3 tablespoons milk

1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1 1/2 cups flour (I used 3/4 cup AP, 3/4 cup whole wheat flour)

6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

The topping:
•
2 large fresh peaches, skinned and pitted*
•
1/4 cup sugar
•
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
•
1 egg yolk
•
3 tablespoons heavy cream
