INGREDIENTS
1 Lb., 13 oz Can of Peaches (29 oz. Can or Approx. 2 C. canned peaches)
1/2 C. White Sugar
1/2 C. Brown Sugar
1/4 tsp. Nutmeg (Substituting Pumpkin Spice works well, too.)
2 T. Corn Starch
1/2 C. Cold Water
Pie Dough:
3/4 cup White Flour
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/8 cup Lard
1 T. Butter
3 T. or more of cold Water as needed
Mix the ingredients well using a fork. Roll out the two pie crusts. Poke the lower crust with a fork to release steam and bake it until it is brown (Approx. 10 Min.). Add the filling and top with the second crust and slice the top to allow a place fo
