INGREDIENTS
8 oz. elbow macaroni or other tube-shaped pasta
1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
8 oz. tomato sauce
1 tsp. salt, divided
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3 tblsp. butter
3 tblsp. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups milk
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 cup shredded Italian 6-cheese blend (or grated mozzarella)
