1 cup sour cream

1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened

1 teaspoon minced chives

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
•
1 tablespoon butter, melted
•
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
