1/2 cup chocolate chips, semi-sweet

1 tsp cinnamon powder
•
pinch clove powder
•
pinch nutmeg
•
pinch salt
•
3/4 cup powdered sugar (plus 2 tbsp for serving)

1/2 cup honey
•
1 cup cold water
•
butter and flour, for greasing pan
