8 eggs, beaten
2 c. half-and-half
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 T. sugar
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
pinch salt
Praline Topping:
3/4 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
2 T. light corn syrup
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 c. chopped pecans
For Serving:
maple syrup
