norma's pork chops with apples
(9 ratings)
This is a recipe I made up years ago, playing around with different ingredients. My family and friends love this recipe and even my son Aaron, a chef in Alaska, wanted to know what I put in it.
Blue Ribbon Recipe
With just the perfect balance of flavors, this pork chop recipe is a dinner your family will love. The pork chops are tender and moist with a hint of sweet flavor. The apples spooned over top are tart, yet buttery and sweet thanks to brown sugar and cinnamon. It's a delicious dinner recipe for fall.
