Ingredients For mac & cheese with veggies

16 ozbox of elbow macaroni, cooked al dente

1 lgonion, finely chopped

1green pepper, chopped

2stalks of celery, chopped

1 smgreen chiles, drained (4 oz)

1 stickbutter

6 Tbspall-purpose flour

2 cheavy whipping cream

1 csour cream
-
4 cshredded cheddar (you can use a combo of different cheese if you like)

1 1/2 tspdry mustard

1/2 tspsalt

1/2 tspwhite pepper
How To Make mac & cheese with veggies

1Cut the butter into small pieces. Stir it with the warm macaroni to melt.

2Combine all remaining ingredients.

3Put into a greased casserole dish. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. You might have to cover it with foil if it starts to get too brown.
