I was brainstorming what to do with a bag of lemons at the bottom of the fridge and came up with this recipe.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

This Crock Pot citrus chicken is fresh and delicious. A great dinner option any night of the week. It's a curry citrus chicken served over a bed of pan-fried cabbage and fluffy rice. The sauce poured over the chicken tenderloins is filled with lemon and orange flavors. Sweet and savory, this simple dish is a fantastic way to enjoy citrus.
