This is such a great salad that my mother makes often, and it is ALWAYS a hit.

It goes GREAT with heavy meals like pasta and we have often

with Thanksgiving or Christmas Meals.
•
1 bunch leaf lettuce
•
1 onion, chopped (or green onions)
•
1/2 cup celery chopped
•
6 slices of bacon, crumbled
•
1 small can Mandarin oranges, drained
•
1cup sliced almonds
•
1 Tablespoons sesame seeds
•
2 cups of chow mein noodles or plain uncooked Ramen noodles
