Orange Honey Cookies

3/4 cup butter

1/3 cup honey
•
1 egg

1 tablespoon grated orange rind

*The juice of the orange will be used for the orange butter cream frosting.

•
¼ cup butter
•
2 cups confectioners sugar
•
1 1/2 tablespoon orange juice
•
1 teaspoon grated orange rind
