1-1/2 c. milk

1 c. + 2 T. vegetable oil

3 large eggs, slightly beaten
•
1-1/2 tsp. vanilla
•
1-1/2 tsp. almond extract

for the glaze:
•
3/4 c. sugar
•
1/4 c. orange juice (I like to use freshly squeezed.)
•
1/2 tsp. vanilla
•
1/2 tsp. almond extract
•
2 tsp. unsalted butter, melted and slightly cooled
