2 c granulated sugar
•
2/3 – 3/4 c freshly squeezed orange juice (1-2 large oranges)
•
zest of 1 large orange (2 T)
•
1/2 c all-purpose flour
•
1/2 t baking powder
•
confectioners’ sugar, for dusting top of bars
