INGREDIENTS

6 chicken boneless skin on chicken thighs

6-12 tablespoons of cheese (I use feta but goat cheese, mozzarella, etc would all work great)

1/2 cup flour
•
2-3 tablespoons butter
•
2 onions, diced
•
1 head garlic, peeled and minced
•
8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
•
1 (16 oz bottle) marsala cooking wine (see sub notes)
•
1 cup cherry tomatoes
•
1/2 tablespoon cornstarch
•
1/4 cup heavy cream
•
Serve with: hot pasta, polenta or mashed potatoes
