INGREDIENTS
2 small (1 cup) red potatoes
3/4 pound green beans
1 large head of broccoli (1 and 1/2 cups)
2 large or 6-7 mini (1 and 1/2 cups) sweet bell peppers
9 ounces sausage, I use turkey or chicken
6 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes, optional
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon dried parsley
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Optional: fresh parsley, quinoa/rice to serve with, Parmesan cheese
