1/2 cup vegetable oil

1 Tbsp Bourbon
•
1/2 cup crushed pineapple, don't drain
•
1 ripe banana, well mashed
•
1/3 cup chopped walnuts (plus more for garnish)

Cream Cheese Frosting
•
5 oz cream cheese, at room temperature
•
4 Tbsp unsalted butter, at room temperature
•
2 1/2 cups confectioner's sugar
•
squeeze of lemon
•
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
