½ cup neutral oil (such as vegetable, safflower, or sunflower oil)

⅔ cup plain yogurt
4 ripe medium bananas (peeled and mashed (or 3 large))
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups gluten-free all purpose flour
1 cup oat flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 ½ teaspoons baking soda
¾ teaspoon Kosher salt
1 ¼ cup powdered sugar (sifted if it’s very clumpy)
¼ teaspoon Kosher salt
1 tablespoon yogurt
1-2 tablespoons strong-brewed coffee
