¼ cup Italian Giardiniera
3 pepperoncini
3 tablespoons pickled onion
2 tablespoon capers
1 clove garlic
1 ½ teaspoons oregano
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoon olive oil
