INGREDIENTS
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into small cubes
1 pound ripe tomatoes, chopped
2 large white onions, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, crushed
2 red chilis, minced (with or without seeds)
1 lime, juiced
1 (1/2-inch) piece ginger, peeled and grated
1 1/2-3 cups water, as needed
3 tablespoons ghee or vegetable oil
2 teaspoons ground cumin
2 teaspoons chili powder, or to taste
1 teaspoon garam masala (if you can find it at grocery store)
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon paprika
salt and pepper, to taste
