Pastry for single-crust pie (9 inches)
1-1/2 cups light corn syrup
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 large Eggland's Best eggs, room temperature
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Optional toppings: broken Nutter Butter cookies, chopped peanuts and whipped topping
