INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1 cup granulated sugar
1 1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 1/2 teaspoon salt
2 2 large eggs
2/3 cup (5 fl.-oz. can) NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Evaporated Milk
1/3 1/3 cup olive or vegetable oil
1 1/2 1 1/2 teaspoons grated lemon peel (about 1 lemon - reserve lemon for later use)
