3 - eggs, separated - reserve egg whites
•
1 - tablespoon vanilla
•
2 - tablespoons butter

Meringue Topping:
•
3 - reserved egg whites
•
dash cream of tarter
•
2 - tablespoons sugar or
•
use Meringue Powder
