1 T Swerve (or your choice of sweetener)

Filling:

5 small or 3 large apples, peeled and cubed (I used Macintosh)
•
1/2 C Swerve (or your choice of sweetener)
•
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
•
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
•
1 tsp. vanilla
•
2 T butter, melted
•
1 T + 2 tsp. coconut flour, sifted
•
Egg Wash:
•
1 beaten egg
