Nutella Cookie Sandwiches

½ cup unsalted butter, at room temperature

¼ cup packed brown sugar
•
¼ cup sugar
•
1 egg
•
1 tsp. vanilla extract
•
1 cup Nutella
•
extra sugar for sprinkling (I used pearl sugar)

Nutella Creme Filling:
•
6 Tbsp. unsalted butter, at room temperature
•
½ cup powdered sugar
•
1 tsp. vanilla extract
•
Pinch of salt
•
¾ cup Marshmallow Fluff/Creme
•
½ cup Nutella
