Ingredients: Butter, for greasing the baking dish; 2 large or 3 medium 10-ounce artichokes, trimmed, thorns removed, halved lengthwise and chokes removed; 1 large lemon, halved; 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil; 3 cloves garlic, peeled; 3 tablespoons anchovy paste; 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt; 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper; 1 cup medium black olives, pitted and coarsely chopped; 2 tablespoons capers, drained and rinsed; 1/2 cup grated Parmesan; 3/4 cup plain breadcrumbs (Panko or fresh)
