I am in recovery for an eating disorder. And recently I started dieting a gain with HCG. It made me miserable, only 500 calories, okay this is the wrong way to get back into shape. So I threw it away. I mean some of the concepts are good and wise eating decisions. Smaller portions, cutting down (but not out) carbs, but the thing I realized if I eat sensibly and work out, I will look just fine and do look just fine. I mean my heaviest was 139. Not heavy. So I decided to post the just let it go meal because sometimes we just need to eat something that just tastes great without worry about every little calorie. So please join me in the love of butter, olive oil, pasta, and sugar!

1Mix it all together and do ot worry about a single calorie, just enjoy the moment and just let it all go and have fun with your friends and family, or just by your seof with the dogs (or cats!)
