How To Make table of equivilants

    3 teaspoons = 1 tablespoon
    2 tablespoons = 1/8 cup
    4 tablespoons = 1/4 cup
    8 tablespoons = 1/2 cup
    16 tablespoons = 1 cup
    2 tablespoons = 1 fluid ounce
    1 cup = 1/2 pint or 8 ounces
    2 cups = 1 pint or 16 ounces
    4 cups = 1 quart
    2 pints = 1 quart
    4 quarts = 1 gallon
    8 quarts = 1 peck
    4 pecks = 1 bushel
    1 dash = less than 1/8 teaspoon
    1 pinch = as much as can be taken
    between tip of finger & thumb
    1 square chocolate = 1 ounce
    1 pound butter = 2 cups or 4 sticks
    2 tablespoons butter = 1 ounce
    1 slice bread = 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
    14 square graham crackers = 1 cup crumbs
    1/3 cup raw rice = 1 cup cooked rice
    7 ounces spaghetti = 4 cups cooked
    4 ounces macaroni = 2 1/4 cups cooked
    Juice of 1 lemon = 3 tablespoons
    1 medium onion chopped = 1/2 cup
    1 cup heavy cream = 2 cups whipped cream
    1/2 lb. shredded cheddar cheese = 2 cups
