Ever question a recipe when it calls for ounces of something verses cups, etc. Here is another great find I have had for many many years taped to the inside of my cupboard door..always a great reference to fall back on. I learned all of this in Home Economics class a 100 years ago, (that is what it seems like anyway)...trust me, I have forgotten much too often..any one else confessing to forgetting the measurements at times..LOL!
