Don't let the name fool ya!! Before my husband and I got married a year and a half ago, he lived with a family from his church. They were not blood, but they treated his as their own. His "mom" made this recipe for the family and passed the recipe to me. It is a Japanese recipe and it is good stuff!!!

Ingredients For icky mishy

  • 1 lb
    pork chops or cutlets
  • 3-4
    green onions
  • 3 lg
    eggs
  • 2 c
    minute rice, prepared
  • soy sauce, to taste

How To Make icky mishy

  • 1
    Cut pork into bite size pieces and chop green onions. Cook pork and onions in a small amount of oil in a large skillet or 4-qt pan. Sprinkle with soy sauce as it cooks.

    After mixture is completely cooked, add eggs directly in with pork and onions and stir as to scramble.

    When eggs have cooked completely, add in the rice. Sprinkle lightly with soy sauce and stir together. Soy sauce may be added later per ones taste.
