You can use this recipe for dryer sheets as well. Just soak scrap pieces of fabric in the fabric softener and throw into the dryer.

Ingredients For homemade fabric softener

  • 6 c
    hot water
  • 3 c
    white vinegar
  • 2 c
    conditioner (suave works well. pick any scent.)
  • empty fabric softener container

How To Make homemade fabric softener

    Mix hot water and conditioner.

    Add the vinegar and mix well.
  • 3
    Store in an empty fabric softener container.
