I have been crocheting for years but just using the Granny stitch(Double crochet). Lately I have learned various stitches and also bought a loom rack to Knit scarfs and other various projects. Here are some of my items that I have made so far.

How To Make crocheted and knitting loom projects by karla

1Crochet blanket made from using a Granny stitch , 3 double crochet stitches in the same hole. Using various colors of scrap yarn.

2Dark blue and cream color scarf made with a Rectangle Loom...Using 2 different colors of yarn together by using Figure 8 Stitch or Cross Ribbing Stitch. This only took about 8 hrs. to make. This is a neat stitch because it's makes a double sided scarf.

3White Scarf made with a Rectangle Loom... made with extra bulky yarn and it took about 2.5 small rolls of yarn , using theFigure 8 Stitch or Cross Ribbing Stitch. This only took about 10 hrs. to make.

4Crocheted kitchen towel that loops over the oven door handle or drawer handle. These are made with various crochet stitches. After prepping the towel , this only takes about 1 hr. to complete , depending on what stitches you use. In these tops I have used the following stitches in different towel tops. SL ST ,SC , HDC ,DC , TR , 5DCTOG and DC DECREASE .

7A baby blanket that I made on a long loom. I used the e stitch and purl stitch and than crochet a border around the finished blanket. It's not as wide as I would have liked but it's still pretty.

9This is a picture of the Knifty Knitter rectangle looms that I bought from Michael's craft store.

10Here is the picture of the round Knifty Knitter looms from Michael's that I'm going to be using to make hats and gloves...You can make straight panels on the round ones as well.
