When we moved from Tennessee to Arizona my mother came down with bronchitis. She suffered for years from it, and we finally moved up north to Prescott where it wasn't so bad. My dad was working in Phoenix, so living apart didn't work so well. She came up with this recipe to help her live in the Phoenix Valley and I grew up drinking it myself. It worked for her, maybe it work for others.
