Ingredients For back heaven

  • 1/4 c
    suave hand lotion
  • 4 dash
    wintergreen oil
  • 4 dash
    cinnamon oil

How To Make back heaven

    First Of All (DASHES MEAN DROPS) DROPS ONLY of these oils.They are very strong and you buy them at a health food store.It may cost $13.00 a bottle but it will last 20 years. Buy wintergreen and cinnamon oils. One bottle of each.

    Suave hand lotion,put 1/4 of a cup into a very small container that has a tight fitting lid on it,and has room for a total of 8 drops of oil to fit into this container also and room to shake it up or stir it up.

    Use an eyedropper to get ONLY 4 drops of the wintergreen oil and 4 drops only of the cinnamon oil into this container.

    DO NOT Let a KID get into this! This is better than Ben Gay and a whole lot cheaper too.Use only a little at a time on your finger tips to rub into shoulders or back wait a minute and then if need more --do it again.It smells good and works fast.
