Ingredients For sweet potato biscuits

2 cwhole wheat flour

1 cmashed sweet potato

1/4 clow fat milk

1egg
How To Make sweet potato biscuits

1In a bowl, mix egg and milk add sweet potato and whisk until combined. Slowly add flour and work into a dough. Cover w/ plastic and refrigerate for 1 hour.

2On a floured surface roll out dough approx. 1/4 inch thick. Place cutouts on cookie sheet in a 350 degree oven for 25 minutes.

3Note: They will be soft coming out of the oven but will harden as they cool.
