Ingredients For homemade gummy vitamins

  • 8 Tbsp
    gelatin powder
  • 1/2 c
    juice
  • 2 Tbsp
    honey (optional)
  • vitamin of your choice, vitamin c, multi vitamins, probiotics, magnesium or whatever

How To Make homemade gummy vitamins

    Over medium heat, whisk together the juice, honey and gelatin. Make sure they get fully combined, and then continue to warm the mixture until the gelatine dissolves completely - You're aiming for a thick syrup consistency.

    Remove from heat and stir in the amount of vitamins per day called for in the liquid vitamins

    Pour into your molds (or oiled dishes) quickly before it sets. Let set in freezer (apx 10 minutes.)
