This works great for me for relieving tired, achy muscles and for general "aches and pains". Also, very relaxing!

Ingredients For aches and pains bath soak

  • 2 c
    epsom salts
  • 1 c
    baking soda
  • 4-6
    chammomile tea bags
  • 4-6
    mint tea bags
  • 2 tsp
    coconut oil or olive oil

How To Make aches and pains bath soak

  • 1
    Run a very warm/hot bath(as warm as you can stand), adding all ingredients. Soak at least 30 min.
