3 TBL expeller pressed coconut oil, warmed so it is liquified
•
1/3 cup parmesan cheese (I use 4C imported parmesan with no additives)
•
1/2 tsp organic oregano (use organic as nonorganic herbs are usually irradiated)
•
1/2 tsp organic onion powder
•
1/2 tsp organic basil
•
2 cloves organic garlic, minced
•
1/4 tsp sea salt (RealSalt)
