NO-BAKE MACAROONS

INGREDIENTS
2 cups white sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup butter
4 tbsp cocoa
pinch of salt
Cook on medium heat in saucepan on stove for 2 – 3 minutes(NO MORE!), stirring constantly.
Remove from stove and mix in:
3 cups rolled oats
1 cup coconut
1 tsp vanilla
Drop from tablespoon onto wax paper and let cool.
May be frozen for 2 – 3 months.
