INGREDIENTS

2 cups white sugar
•
1/2 cup milk
•
1/2 cup butter
•
4 tbsp cocoa
•
pinch of salt
•
Cook on medium heat in saucepan on stove for 2 – 3 minutes(NO MORE!), stirring constantly.

Remove from stove and mix in:
•
3 cups rolled oats
•
1 cup coconut
•
1 tsp vanilla
•
Drop from tablespoon onto wax paper and let cool.
•
May be frozen for 2 – 3 months.
