INGREDIENTS

1.5 cup dry apricots (or your favorite dried fruit)

1/2 cup maple syrup (you can easily use honey too)
•
1/2 cup sesame seeds (use any kind of nuts you wish)
•
2 cups rolled oats
•
some shredded coconut
•
1/4 cup Organic Tahini (it’s is basically like a nut butter made from ground sesame seeds, mostly used in hummus). You can also use Peanut butter as an alternative.
