Filling
•
2 cups raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, or a mixture
•
1/3 cup granulated sugar
•
3 tablespoons unbleached all-purpose flour
•
1 teaspoon grated orange zest
•
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
•
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
•
1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
•
Egg wash: 1 egg, beaten with 1 tablespoon water

Coarse sugar
