INGREDIENTS

2 to 2 1/4 cup flour – whole wheat pastry is recomended but I have never bought it, use less white or regualar wheat flour.

1 tablespoon baking powder
•
1/2 teaspoon salt
•
1/3 cup vegtable oil
•
2/3 cup buttermilk (I never have this and regular milk seems to work just fine)
