juice from one lemon and two limes

zest from one lemon and two limes (separate into two piles, as you will use some for the butter cream frosting)

1 1/2 teaspoon lemon extract

Frosting Ingredients:

1 cup butter (2 sticks)
•
4 cups powdered sugar
•
2 tablespoon Mountain Dew
•
juice from one half a lemon and half a lime
•
remaining zest from the cupcake recipe (half a lemon and one whole lime)
•
1 teaspoon lemon extract
•
neon green food coloring (or blue and green if you don't have green)
