2 preserved lemons (rinsed and cut into quarters)

1 tsp cumin

1/4 tsp black pepper

1/4 tsp turmeric

1/4 tsp ginger

1/4 tsp salt

pinch saffron threads
•
2 tbsp olive oil
•
1/2 cup water
•
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
•
1/4 cup chopped olives ((I prefer a black and green mix))
