INGREDIENTS
9 lasagna noodles
1 pound Johnsonville® Ground Mild Italian sausage
2 celery ribs, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup white wine
1 cup half-and-half cream
3 ounces cream cheese, cubed
1/4 cup minced fresh basil
2 teaspoons minced fresh oregano or 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon pepper
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 egg, lightly beaten
2 cups shredded white cheddar cheese
1-1/2 cups (12 ounces) 2% cottage cheese
3/4 pound fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
1-1/2 cups shredded Gouda cheese
Additional minced fresh basil and oregano, optional
