2 - lbs fresh strawberries, hulled & cut in half
•
strawberry glaze, double recipe
•
1 - 8 oz container whipping cream or cool whip
•
STRAWBERRY GLAZE:
•
1 - c granulated sugar
•
1/4 - c cornstarch
•
1/4 - c strawberry gelatin (jell-o)
•
1 1/2 - c water
•
1 T lemon juice
•
1/2 -t strawberry extract
