6 oz Greek Yogurt (I used vanilla)

1 tsp espresso powder, ground coffee, instant coffee - whatever you have on hand
•
1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
•
1 small or 1/2 of a large banana, cut into small pieces and frozen
•
1/3-1/2 cup milk depending on desired consistency
•
1 scoop of protein powder (optional)
