FROSTING:

1 1/4 cup unsalted butter,room temp

12oz semi-sweet chocolate chips,melted
•
3 tbs dark cocoa
•
5 cups powdered sugar
•
pinch of salt
•
4-5 tbsp heavy whipping cream

CHOCOLATE GANACHE:
•
1/2 cup(3oz) seme-sweet chocolate chips
•
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
•
cookie crumbles
