2½ cups miniature marshmallows

For the Fudge Icing:

¼ cup unsalted butter
•
¼ cup whole milk
•
¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
•
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
•
2 cups powdered sugar
•
Pinch of salt
